Deep Relax

Deep relaxation brings calmness and one feels either very light or very heavy. The perfect stage in relaxation is achieved when you cannot feel the existence of the body. The breathing with no effort becomes regulated to an even pace. The body should be free from tension and mind relaxed so that the blood can flow perfectly. Encourage even, quiet breathing that will become shallow. The body will sink deeper into relaxation and little energy will be used.
