Inner Peace

Practicing this authentic style of Yoga, I can guide you to achieve peace of mind. Learning to 'live in the present moment', 'doing one thing at a time' and periodically 'detaching yourself from reality to face reality'. This pure theme has been passed onwards for centuries from one Yogi to another; its preservation remained undiluted and untarnished. I believe that the power of this simple philosophy contains so much wisdom.

Since studying, practicing and teaching the first movements of Pranayama Yoga, it has brought fulfillment into my life. I feel privileged to be able to guide my students/clients to achieve their peace of mind.
