Order a copy of the fourth edition of 'The Art of Relaxation' book by Yogini Sunita Cabral. 

In 1965 she wrote a book, non-religious and non-political, showing how tension can be eliminated and peace of mind gained by adapting this eastern art to western life.

Stress and Flashbacks

Ken Cabral underwent training with the LCSP ( and in 1979/80 started in practice as a Remedial Masseur treating soft tissues injuries.

He also uses the relaxation techniques of pranayama yoga ( as taught by Yogini Sunita for a similar length of time using touch and talking.

During this time, he has carried out about 45,000 (forty five thousand) treatments 60-70% being the treatment of soft tissue injuries.
