Classes are £8 for a term booking or £10 Pay-as-you-go. One-to-One sessions are £30.

Who Should Come?
Anyone! Whether you’re young or more mature, male or female, you will benefit from Pranayama Yoga. It is a very gentle Yoga and you’ll be amazed at how much progress you make if you practise regularly.
What Happens In A Class?
Classes are typically 1.5 hours. We start with a mental relaxation formula, followed by foundation breathing exercises, continue with the first movements and finish with deep relaxation.
