I teach small groups of 6-8 to give more of a personal experience.
Pranayama Yoga classes are £9 for a term booking or £11 PAYG. Meditation is £7.50 for a term booking or £9 PAYG.
I also provide private classes, workshops etc. on Yoga and/or Meditation at my Pranayama Yoga Studio or at a venue to suit you.

What Happens In A Class?
My Pranayama Yoga classes are 1.5 hours. We start the session with the 'slip second' which is a mental relaxation exercise, followed by foundation breathing to calm the system, continue with first movements to relieve tension and finish with a deep relax which is a physical relaxation.
Our Meditation sessions are approximately 75 minutes. Again we begin with the 'slip second', followed by breathing exercises and finish with a deep relaxation/meditation.
