We start the session with the Slip-Second practice which is a mental relaxation exercise that teaches us to clear the mind at will and eliminate mental tension.
After the Slip-Second we limber to prepare to stretch the whole of our body. We then expand and relax our lungs before breath control begins.
The foundation breathing exercises helps to calm our nervous system. It teaches us to breathe correctly and how to use our lungs fully.
We begin the first movements of Pranayama Yoga with the Lotus sequence, followed by the Mogra and finish with the Cobra sequence.
We finish the session with a Deep Relax which is a physical relaxation. It allows you to completely relax your whole being.
